SEN Teacher Requirements

• Qualification in SEN would be advantageous, but not always essential.
• Ideally previous experience of working with children with special educational needs.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to try out new ideas are essential.
• Genuine interest, patience and enthusiasm for a role of this nature.

SEN is an expanding and vital part of the education sector – and an area extremely valued by Trust. We encourage you to develop your own knowledge and expertise by providing on-going training and support.

To register with Trust Education you must meet the selection criteria and attend a face-to-face interview with a trained consultant.
