SEN Teacher Requirements
Qualification in SEN would be advantageous, but not always essential.
Ideally previous experience of working with children with special educational needs.
Enthusiasm and willingness to try out new ideas are essential.
Genuine interest, patience and enthusiasm for a role of this nature.

To register with Trust Education you must meet the selection criteria and attend a face-to-face interview with a trained consultant.
