The successful candidate will have robust knowledge of EYFS, strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a motivated person who has a warm and bubbly attitude towards children, and be ready to lead and manage a team of dedicated staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to run a successful Nursery who value their staff, the Nursery has exceptionally high standards with a very motivated Management Team who has invested large amounts of capital and time to make this setting unique and different.

What we are looking for:

To ensure that the day to day operation of the nursery is kept to a high standard. To ensure that all legislation in relation to Ofsted , special needs, child protection and Health and Safety are compliant and company policies and procedures are adhered to. You will also monitor and manage staff, carry out appraisals and continue with staff development.
