Trust Education is a small, independently run education recruitment company, which matches high quality teachers and assistants to permanent, long-term and day-to-day placement at a wide variety of well-managed schools across Greater London. We aim to deliver a tailored service to each of our clients by really listening to their personal and professional needs.

At Trust Education we go to great lengths to recruit the very best primary, secondary and special needs teachers from the UK and overseas. We provide a friendly team to work with and an individual consultant to support each person throughout the experience.

We offer a specialized service based on honesty and commitment to develop long term business partnerships. Trust Education is proud that our commitment to quality has been independently approved with us being awarded the Department of Education and Skills and Recruitment and Employment Confederation backed Quality Mark.

Trust Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

This website provides more details about the service Trust Education provides and the people who are part of the team. Teachers and support staff may apply directly online and schools can register vacancies at any time.

Most people who work with us think we have a unique outlook on life. Why?

At Trust, we consider our teachers and client schools to be partners. Our aim is to make sure all three of us gain from involvement in that partnership.

We've grown through reputation and recommendation. The teachers we prefer to work in partnership with are the same teachers that schools prefer to book - and vice versa.

As a teacher seeking the best job or a school seeking the best staff, you need to work with a team which:

• Provides a personal, ethical and professional service.
• Works with teachers and schools in an equal partnership.
• Understands you as a person - not just as a teacher.
• Recognises the qualities and qualifications schools seek in a teacher.
• Is big enough to promote you dynamically, yet small enough to know you by name.
• Will never grow beyond the point where an individual service is no longer possible.

Trust Education is an equal opportunities employer.
